Before launching Human at Scale, Chase built the nation’s largest nitro cold brew coffee provider for offices as Chief Operating Officer of Commonwealth Joe, and he advised Fortune 50 companies and late-stage startups at Accenture’s Emerging Technology & Innovation practice.

Tal Ben-Bassat is the COO and CFO at Anchor, where he is dedicated to helping accounting and tax firms optimize their operations, streamline billing, and scale profitability.

A CPA and Attorney (Esq.), Tal brings a unique “boots-on-the-ground” perspective to the industry, having previously built and managed his own tax practice. He is passionate about leveraging technology to help firm owners eliminate revenue leakage, solve cash-flow bottlenecks, and reclaim time for high-value advisory work.
